Priority Services Register:

If you are of pensionable age, disabled, living with a long-term or limiting illness, or have special communications needs then you may qualify for extra help from your energy supplier or distribution network operator. You need to contact your energy supplier to be added to the register.

Warm Home Discount:

Contact your energy supplier to check eligibility and if they provide it.

Contact your benefits office, details are on the letters they send you.

Your gas or electricity supplier:

Contact details on your energy bills. If you don’t know who your energy supplier is:

  • Gas supplier – contact the Meter Point Administration Service on 0800 608 1524.
  • Electricity supplier – you can contact your regional distribution network operator to find out who your supplier is, or if you do not know who your distribution network operator is you can search by postcode on the Energy Networks Association
